Our chalet for sale in La Plagne is a top quality property in the village of La Plagne Montalbert. It is on the edge of the village centre, close to the piste and within walking distance of the gondola lift. This luxury chalet has 300m2 of floor space on three levels with 8 en-suite bedrooms. As a result, the accommodation sleeps up to 18 people. You will find a large open plan living area and a leisure room with sauna and sunken jacuzzi.

Secondly, in La Tania, our large traditional log-cabin chalet is for sale. It is located just above the gondola lift of La Tania, in the Courchevel Valley. This is an extremely popular destination both winter and summer because of the easy access to both Courchevel and Meribel. The chalet currently sleeps up to 28 guests in 14 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and is set up for commercial rental. However, with some modifications, some of the bedrooms could be combined to create a family home. There is approximately 415m2 of floor space over four levels. Lastly, we have a building plot for redevelopment situated in the heart of the village of La Plagne Montalbert.
