We have three chalets for sale directly from the owners in the top resorts of La Plagne Montalbert and Courchevel La Tania. The French Alps is one of the best ski areas in the world in the winter, but also a haven for all forms of activity holiday in the summer.

Our properties are well located and were designed and built originally for rental therefore an ideal option if you are looking for a commercial investment. But, if you’re looking for more of a family home, then look no further! Our chalets for sale in La Plagne are both potentially what you are looking for.

We clean and sanitise our properties before any viewing takes place.  You must be wearing a mask when you arrive at the property and we will provided hand sanitiser on arrival.  During your visit we will practice social distancing.

If you are coming from outside France (including the UK), as of April 2021, viewing a property for the purposes of a potential purchase or rental is a legitimate reason to travel under the Covid-19 regulations. We can provide the documentary confirmation of a viewing appointment you would need and help you will the authorisations in France. You are therefore able to travel to and within France for viewings but please check the regulations for your return to your home country in relation to any quarantine requirements.
